SAHARA HOPE LOWRY
On March 22nd, 2021, Sahara was shot and killed in a murder-suicide committed by her boyfriend three days after her 23rd birthday.

While it is important to understand what happened, Sahara's life will not be defined by this act of violence.
Instead, she is remembered the most for the many people's lives she touched in her young life, and how many more people she will continue to inspire and impact through her legacy.

This tragedy was announced and documented via a public Facebook post made by the family. It is important to read in order to understand what happened and how we can use this story to make loved ones safer and more aware.
